The Ordinance on the Prevention of Fires (VVB) on the legal basis of the State Criminal and Ordinance Act (LStVG) contains design and behavioral regulations with the aim of preventing fires,
- to designate fire-hazardous actions and conditions as such
- enforce their omission by threatening to impose a fine
- to provide material inspection regulations for carrying out the municipal fire inspection in accordance with the Ordinance on Fire Inspection (FBV).
