    The structural maintenance of own buildings and co-managed facilities is the responsibility of the municipalities and districts.

  • Description

    The Building Construction department is responsible for the building maintenance of the company's own and co-managed buildings (e.g. school buildings, building yards and service buildings). Tasks may include, among others:

    • Expert client representation including budgetary handling
    • Contracts for engineering and architectural services
    • Building inspection
    • Factory planning
    • Invitation to tender
    • Awarding
    • Billing
    • Room book
    • Building automation (recording of technical operating systems, definition of maintenance intervals, individual room controls)
    • CAD images
    • Determination of building data
