Bathing, entering and driving on ice surfaces; issuing regulations
Brief description
The State Criminal and Ordinance Act enables the municipalities and the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, Sport and Integration to issue regulations on swimming and entering and driving on ice surfaces.
Description
In order to prevent danger to life or health, the municipalities can prohibit bathing in certain places as well as entering and driving on ice surfaces by ordinance. You can find out which areas are subject to such a ban on bathing, entering or driving on ice from the responsible municipality.
In addition, the municipalities and the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, for Sport and Integration can issue general regulations on behavior during public bathing and on safety precautions in bathing establishments to maintain morality or to prevent dangers to life or health.You can find out about existing local regulations on public bathing from your local authority.
