Municipal library; application for a library card

    After registering, you will receive a library card or library card. You usually have to pay a fee to use a municipal library.
  • Description

    Once you have registered at a library, you will immediately receive a library card in person or by post. The card enables you to borrow or order books or media and to use any other services. The library card must be presented for each loan.

    The validity of the library card is limited in time (e.g. 1 year), so you must apply for an extension if necessary.

    Fees may be charged for the use of a municipal library or bookshop (e.g. community library, municipal library, city library or municipal library).
