Municipal Council; information on minutes of meetings
Brief description
Minutes must be taken of the proceedings of the municipal council.Description
These must at least reflect the following:
- Date and place of the meeting,
- the names of the members of the municipal council present,
- the treated objects,
- the resolutions and
- the result of the vote.
Any member may request that the minutes record how they voted. The minutes must be signed by the chairperson and the secretary and approved by the municipal council.Prerequisites
All citizens of the municipality are free to inspect the minutes of public meetings. The same applies to persons living outside the municipality with regard to their property or commercial establishments in the municipal area.
