Official notices of the municipality; inspection and receipt

  • Brief description

    The municipality publishes official announcements.

  • Description

The official gazette of your municipality is its official publication. In this publication, some of which can also be viewed on their website, you will find official announcements from the municipality such as development plans, tax regulations and other local bylaws, as well as tenders and resolutions from the municipal council.

If your municipality belongs to an administrative community and does not maintain its own official gazette, the official gazette of the administrative community is also considered to be the official gazette of the municipality.

If your municipality does not have an official gazette, statutes must be officially published in the official gazette of the district or the district administration office, otherwise in regularly published printed works. However, official announcements of bylaws can also be made by filing them in the administration of the municipality and announcing the filing digitally via the Internet, by posting or displaying them in the places generally intended for public announcements (municipal notice boards), on a public website of the municipality or by notification in a daily newspaper.
