Application service; support from the municipality

    The municipalities support their residents in initiating administrative procedures and have forms available for applications, notifications and reports provided to them by other authorities.

  • Description

    Within the limits of their administrative power, the municipalities shall assist the members of the municipality in initiating administrative procedures, even if another authority is responsible for their implementation.

    If applications are to be submitted to the government, the district or the district office, the municipalities must also receive the applications and forward them to the relevant authority without delay. The submission of an application to the municipality is deemed to be the submission of an application to one of these authorities, unless federal law provides otherwise.

    Forms for applications, notifications and reports provided to the municipalities by other authorities shall be kept available by the municipalities.
