    The staff council represents the employees (employees and civil servants) of a public administration department. It is elected by the employees of a municipal administration, among others.

  • Description

    The Bavarian Staff Representation Act (BayPVG) is the basis for the election and work of the Staff Council. It is elected every five years by the employees of the authority and represents the interests of all employees (employees and civil servants). Staff councils are formed in all departments that generally employ at least five eligible voters, three of whom are eligible for election.

    The Staff Council is involved in many of the authority's decisions. These include, for example
